After three days of back and forth, my very first blog site finally came true by going through some quite insightful tutorials selflessly shared by tech savvies on the Internet with the help of utilising Hexo/Next and GitHub repos.
The current preliminary plan is to use two project repos (gh-pages) to manage the Chinese and English blogs separately and to further tweak the blog page settings, such as message board, about page, schedules, and maps. Leave my personal project to design my personal homepage (Portfolio) in my spare time in the near future.
